(sigh)

this is what i posted on go-mom-go today...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
sometimes you have a great idea....
& you work on it & it becomes everything you dreamed it could be...
sometimes you have an idea & things happen & choices are made & things don’t turn out the way you had hoped...
it is with a very sad heart that i announce that the go-mom-go site is now closed.
thank you so much for making it part of your web stop & for the support & comments & help & fun...
thank you so much.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

& more details will come for you...
a different day this week, though
now i'm going to hide under the covers...

:)

so sorry em. it was a brilliant website and i told all my friends about it up here and we wanted to do something like it...it's so hard when great ideas don't turn out like you wish. you are an AMAZING person and it was and IS still a great idea and don't stop dreaming.

I still think that it is a great idea...maybe for a different time?? I don't know how you do all that you do with the two little ones to boot! (not that you actually boot them, you know, kids are a lotta work and ....)

how frustrating and sad that a terrific idea isn't blooming right now. The best thing about you, though, is that it won't be your last idea. You're one of those lemonade-making people. Hang in there. Love you lots.

I need details, because I'm actually quite shocked! I thought it was going to be your nest egg--and mine for that matter. I know I didn't tell you that I was in (the 2nd time around anyway), but I totally was! I just got caught up in report cards and end of the years and non-sleeping-through -the-night babies and so on...holy sadness, Em. Your friends are all 100% right, though: it's just a matter of time, girl. You are SO loved!

No way!! So sad to hear, and so excited to see where you'll go next. I admire your brilliance in these webby, smart-crafty areas that leave me stumped. Here's to the next thing that'll open up...
